Just bought this #buckskin from @plumbrookbuckskin . It’s sooooo soft and beautiful 💕💕💕. For me this is about as nourishing as food can be. Wintersquash Tea Bread from @taprootmag recipe... from a few years back but still a family favorite and super easy! I don’t do sugar or honey (or syrup) and squash is plenty sweet without it! Also grind fresh oat flour instead of wheat. I used Butternut this time but Kubochas are amazing in it. Cooked in our #glenwood #woodcookstove . 🥧 I don’t really follow recipes but use them as inspiration 🌿💕 but this one, for me, is *practically* followed word for word 😉 (minus the sugar!) #taprootmagazine #taprootmakealong

Doesn’t look the high from the bottom, but I assure you, it feels high at the top!! First time climbing my tree in a couple years I bet. Was my #1 back therapy relief when my back was real bad (and amazing preventative). It gets the fight or flight hormones going with a purpose! And climbing is so in our DNA that you are actually climbing away from the beast chasing you and it works out layers and layers of emotional and physical stuff!! 😉.
